• Greet and welcome customers in the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.

• Showcase products, explaining features, pricing, and materials.

• Assist customers in making purchase decisions.

• Handle billing and payment processes.

• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and showroom decorum.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer queries, returns, or complaints professionally.

• Stay updated on latest jewelry trends, collections, and promotions.
