We’re looking for an experienced Counter Sales Executive to build and lead a team of sales agents or advisors to meet and exceed business goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and recruit top talent for the agent/advisor role. 

• Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process. 

• Oversee onboarding and training for new agents. 

• Lead regular training sessions covering products, sales strategies, and compliance. 

• Create skill development programs to boost agent performance. 

• Organize workshops, mentoring sessions, and refresher courses to support continuous learning. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree. 

• 3+ years of sales experience. 

• 21 to 38 years old candidate preferable.

• Local candidate hire first.

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
