Job Title: Sales Executive – Baby & Kids Retail Segment

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent in-store customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the baby and kids' product segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs.

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations on baby clothing, toys, accessories, and more.

• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and store hygiene.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a daily/monthly basis.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Support inventory management, billing, and POS operations.

• Participate in promotional activities and ensure timely execution of offers.

Key Requirements:

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of retail sales experience (preferably in a baby/kids/lifestyle store).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory handling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling children’s products or working in a family-focused retail environment.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in the local language; English or Hindi is a plus.
