Job Description
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
- Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services
must be properly groomed, and have to maintain good personal appearance. Greeting customers and taking orders. Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
Processing payments. Proper hygiene and cleanliness must be maintained.
Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
Ensuring no longer time of customer been taken for billing or attending to prevent delay and frustration.
Ensuring each customer leaves the store satisfied.
Should be able to manage any conflicts or grievance of the customers respectfully and treat them wisely by providing satisfying solution for their problems.
Job Location : Naupada, Thane
