Greet and assist customers in the showroom.2. Understand customer needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions.Product Showcasing1. Demonstrate and explain product features and applications to customers.2. Utilize product training provided by the brand to ensure accurate information delivery.Data Collection1. Collect and maintain customer data for follow-up and marketing purposes.2. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.Reporting1. Maintain daily walk-in reports detailing customer interactions.2. Share weekly reports with the reporting manager, highlighting insights and trends.Lead Management1. Identify and work on warm and hot leads.2. Engage with potential customers to close sales, contributing to showroom revenue.Event Participation1. Actively participate in events organized by the brand to promote products and engage with customers.2. Assist in event setup and execution as needed.Showroom Maintenance1. Ensure showroom displays are updated with the latest product stickers and Point of Purchase (POP) materials supplied by the brand.2. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.Target Achievement1. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the sales team for the showroom.2. Contribute to overall showroom performance through proactive sales strategies.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in decorative surfaces or related industries.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (English / Kanada etc)Customer-focused with a passion for sales.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in data entry and reporting (Computer literacy)Basic knowledge of showroom operations and merchandising.Additional Information:Training will be provided by the brand to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques.Candidates must be flexible to work on weekends and during special events.Thanks & Regards
