We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Counter Sales Girl to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, managing billing, showcasing products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to customers at the counter.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Manage billing and handle cash, card, or digital transactions.

• Maintain product knowledge to assist with customer queries.

• Promote special offers and upsell products where appropriate.

• Handle returns or exchanges in a professional manner.

• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.

• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and a friendly personality.

• Basic math and computer knowledge (especially billing systems).

• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.

• Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts, including weekends.
