• Support marketing and promotional activities in-store (flyer distribution, social media shout-outs, etc.).

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards on the café floor.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues as needed.

• Meet weekly or monthly sales targets set by the management.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth order delivery.
