Position Overview:
The Showroom Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service in our showroom. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for our products.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Customer Engagement and Sales:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, creating a welcoming and informative environment.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening.
- Present and demonstrate products, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating terms to achieve customer satisfaction.

2. Showroom Maintenance:
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Update product displays and promotional materials in line with company guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and replenishing products as needed.

3. Customer Service:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.

4. Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay informed about product updates, features, and promotions.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.




Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

1. Sales Metrics:
- Monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Number of sales transactions and average transaction value.
- Conversion rate from showroom visitors to sales.

2. Customer Experience:
- Customer satisfaction scores and feedback ratings.
- Number of positive customer reviews and referrals.
- Response time to customer inquiries and resolution time for complaints.

3. Showroom Performance:
- Adherence to showroom presentation standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Inventory turnover rates and accuracy of stock levels.

4. Personal Development:
- Completion of required training programs and certifications.
- Improvement in sales skills and product knowledge as assessed by management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a showroom or related environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays as needed.
