Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive

Reports to: Store Manager / Sales Manager

Experience: 2-5 years in jewellery sales preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of Gold, Certified Diamonds, and Polki Diamond Jewellery. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a flair for luxury product sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection based on their needs and preferences.

• Explain product features and benefits, including purity, pricing, certification, making charges, etc.

• Upsell and cross-sell jewellery pieces (gold, diamonds, Polki) based on customer interest.

• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in compliance with company policies.

• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of counters and stock.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and educate customers accordingly.

• Build and maintain a loyal customer base by providing excellent after-sales service.

• Coordinate with back-office and inventory teams for stock requirements and customer orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail (especially Gold, Diamond & Polki diamonds).

• Strong product knowledge of jewellery materials, cuts, quality grades, and certifications.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Fluent in [Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, ].

• Presentable and professional with a passion for luxury and fashion.

• Basic computer skills (for POS and CRM systems).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Jewellery related courses preferred).

• Certification in gemology or jewellery design will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
