Job Description

Looking for Counter Sales Executives for our Jewellery Showroom (Male/Female) candidates with a minimum 2 year of experience in Jewellery industry for reputed Jewellery showroom in Chennai.

Meet and Greet customers at the showroom
Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Continuously improve through feedback
Possessing in-depth knowledge about the Jewellery products offered by company,
including the materials, designs, and gemstones.

Explaining the displaying latest and antiques jewellery to customer and ensuring to pitch in positive way for customers to like and buy the product displayed.
Present customer the needed jewellery and provide information regarding pricing and discounts
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Take charge of all the inventories in the shop by entering them into the computer
Help in the daily display of all the items which are available for sale in the shop
Take responsibility of the selling product and ensure safety at all times.
