Key Responsibilities:
💎 Sales:

Provide personalized shopping experiences in-store and online
Drive sales, manage billing processes, and meet monthly targets
Build lasting client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking
📣 Marketing:

✅ Develop and execute marketing campaigns for jewellery & fashion collections
✅ Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), create engaging content and reels
✅ Collaborate with influencers and bloggers for brand visibility
✅ Organize in-store events, exhibitions, and pop-ups
✅ Run email, WhatsApp, and digital marketing campaigns to promote new arrivals
✅ Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies

What We're Looking For:
✅ 5–7 years of experience in sales/marketing (fashion/jewellery preferred)
✅ Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
✅ Knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and jewellery
✅ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, paid ads, and social media
✅ Creative mindset for branding and promotions
✅ Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
