Counter Sales Executive – Jewelry Showroom

Experience Required:

1-2 years in retail or jewellery sales

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days/week

Salary & Benefits:

10% hike on your current CTC from day one, plus incentive bonus and other benefits

Key Responsibilities

Greet & Assist: Welcome customers and advise on jewellery selections.

Sales Transactions: Process transactions accurately using the POS system.

Showroom Maintenance: Maintain attractive displays and manage inventory.

Sales Targets: Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and handle basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years in retail or jewellery sales.

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal customer service skills.

Technical Skills: Basic jewellery product knowledge and POS proficiency.

Professionalism: Detail-oriented, team player, and a professional appearance.
