We are seeking a skilled and experienced Jewellery Store Manager with expertise in gold, diamond, gemstone, and polki diamond jewellery.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of jewellery types (gold, diamond, gemstones, polki).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle work pressure in a franchisee environment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage sales, inventory, and customer service.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Handle client queries related to gold, diamond, gemstone, and polki jewellery.
Maintain high standards of display and merchandising.
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the franchise team and adhere to company policies.
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, gemstones, and polki jewellery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Essential Reporting Skills for a Store Manager: A store manager should excel in reporting sales, inventory, performance, and finances, analyze customer insights, and ensure operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills and clear communication are essential for success.

Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 years in a similar role.
