Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending walk-ins, supervising on-site activities, managing marketing efforts, and ensuring smooth execution of on-ground company operations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Attend and assist walk-in clients, addressing their queries and ensuring excellent customer service.

·       Supervise and monitor daily on-site activities, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

·       Oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring brand visibility and engagement strategies are executed effectively.

·       Coordinate and manage on-ground work, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational requirements.

·       Maintain a strong presence on-site, ensuring team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

·       A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field

·       A high school diploma or equivalent (Min Requirement)

·       Co-ordinate with registration work with the management and clients.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·       Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
