Objective: Ensure accurate order processing and customer support.
Steps:

1. Receive orders via phone, email, or online platforms.

2. Confirm product details, quantity, and customer details.

3. Enter order details into the ERP/CRM system.

4. Coordinate with the Stock Keeper to confirm availability.

5. Generate invoices and receipts for confirmed orders.

6. Inform the Delivery Boy of the dispatch schedule.

7. Follow up with customers for order status and feedback.

8. Record daily cashbook
