Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

Receive and greet guests in our retail department
Selling a wide range of premium chocolates, breads and bakes
Attending to customers from across the country and abroad
Offering chocolate tastings
Gift wrapping
Handling cash and payments
Keeping retail areas, stocked, clean & presentable at all times
Handling inventory and stock take

8:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:30pm - 11pm | Wednesday to Monday | Subject to seasonality
