Retail Executive

A Retail Sales Executive drives sales and provides exceptional customer service in a retail environment. • Meeting Sales Targets:

  Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the product range and offering recommendations to customers. 

• Relationship Building:

  Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty. 

• Sales Strategies:

  Implementing effective sales techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to maximize sales opportunities. 

• Store Maintenance:

  Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, and that products are properly displayed. 

• Inventory Management:

  Assisting with inventory control, replenishing stock, and processing returns. 

• Cash Handling:

  Processing payments, making change, and handling transactions accurately and efficiently. 

• Customer Feedback:

  Gathering and relaying customer feedback to improve service and products. 

• Promotional Activities:

  Participating in promotional events and activities to drive sales and increase store traffic.
