We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Bhagwati Foam Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers in our Retail Showroom.

Job Description:

Greeting customers and educating them about the products

Studying the features of Mattresses

Arranging Mattress stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.

Show products to the customers and generate sales

Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.

Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales

Utilise persuasive selling techniques to up-sell and cross-sell products

Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing

Requirement :

•Well-groomed, Presentable, Sincere, Punctual & Honest

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing

•Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.

•Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.

• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with word / excel / power point
