Retail Responsibilities :
1. Guest Handling- Greeting & Welcoming Guest. Foster a good relationship with guest serving as main point of contact.
2. Guest Record – Maintain guest records.
3. Grooming: Follow grooming standards as per SOP.
4. Product Knowledge- Ensure guest are oriented with current offers on various products and recommend in transcriptions.
5. Engagement- Actively engage Guest to promote sales and upsell products when appropriate.
6. Serving-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages as per guest order placed, according to established recipes and standards - SOP.
7. Guest Satisfaction:Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
8. Guest Feedback:Collect guest feedback to drive continuous service and enhancements. Share the same with the Outlet Manager
9. Systems:Handle system accurately using POS, ensuring bills are provided to guest.
10. Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the outlet all the time.
11. Inventory: Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
12. Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
13. Grievance: Address Guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
14. Team Player: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
15. Marketing: Assist with special promotions, events, and tastings as required.
16. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our commitment to quality and hospitality.
