Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.

• Process sales transactions using POS systems, including cash, card, and digital payments.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Ensure shelves are stocked, products are labeled, and displays are visually appealing.

• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and discounts.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving shipments.

• Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, security, and safety.
