Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to oversee the daily operations of our store, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, team leadership, and business development, with a passion for achieving targets and optimizing store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service by training and mentoring staff on best practices.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a motivated sales team, setting performance goals and providing continuous feedback.
Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising, and product placement to maximize sales opportunities.
Operations Management: Ensure smooth store operations, including cash handling, billing, and adherence to company policies.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Generate sales reports, analyze business performance, and implement improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the retail industry.
Strong sales acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
