Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

•Designation : Customer Relationship Executive (Inside Sales/Retail Sales) - Telecalling Executive (Female Candidates Only)•
Location: Bapunagar, Ahmedabad
Industry: HORECA Equipment Manufacturing
Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary :₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (Based on Experience and Interview Performance)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

•Job Responsibilities:•
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product/service details.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify potential leads, convert them into inquiries, and schedule follow-ups.
Customer Service: Resolve queries/complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Online Portals: Manage IndiaMart, TradeIndia, and other online platforms; handle walk-in customers.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare reports.
Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and product teams to address customer needs.
Other Duties: Support administrative tasks and stay updated on products/services.

Excellent communication (Hindi, English, Gujarati).
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
