Retail Sales Executive

1. Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.

2. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; and advising while providing information about the products.

3. Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.

4. Document sale by creating or updating customer profile records.

5. Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.

6. Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom

7. Participating actively in sales promotion programs- ideas, implementation and monitoring. 

8. Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service 

9. Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest with a personalized approach. 

10. Updating and refreshing own selling skills, competitor activities etc. 

11. Maintaining visual merchandising as per norms. 

12. Personal grooming of highest standards. 

13. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
