Job Description

Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

• Minimum 3year experience of managing retail sales selling retail products such as electronics consumer goods such as Laptops, tablets, and smart phones of various brands or Clothing or Food and Beverages.
• Willing to work for the shift between: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm with 6 days’ work week.
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system (POS).
• Team Player and service mindset.
• Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge, Influencing and selling LED lights,Addressing all customer queries, following up with the customers, Delivering exceptional customer experiences and collecting feedback through review submissions.
• Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers.
• Ensuring proper inventory is maintained and the vendors are in a position to supply in minimum possible time and safe by having proper Service Level Agreements(SLAs) and follow up, Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
• Retaining the existing or new customers by guiding them to buy a proper product and clarifying and introducing promotion schemes, successfully converting these clients into sales upon completion ,lead generation ,telesales.
