Retail Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients to generate new sales leads.

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and customer service.

• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals effectively.

• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry news to better position our offerings.

• Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, activities, and pipeline status to management.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and overall business strategies.

• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve products/services and enhance customer satisfaction.
