KEY RESPONSIBILITY

 SUPERVISE DAILY ACTIVITIES ON THE SALES FLOOR, ENSURING COMPLIANCE

WITH COMPANY POLICIES.

 ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH INQUIRIES, PROVIDING EXPERT PRODUCT

KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT.

 LEAD AND MOTIVATE THE SALES TEAM TO MEET PERFORMANCE GOALS AND

ENHANCE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

 ORGANIZE IN-STORE PROMOTIONS AND MAINTAIN ATTRACTIVE

MERCHANDISING DISPLAYS.

 MONITOR INVENTORY AND COORDINATE RESTOCKING EFFORTS WITH THE

SHOWROOM MANAGER.

 ADDRESS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK PROMPTLY TO ENSURE

SATISFACTION.

 CONDUCT REGULAR TEAM MEETINGS TO DISCUSS SALES TARGETS, NEW

PRODUCTS, AND PERFORMANCE UPDATES.
