We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate - Sales in the Luxury Goods & Jewelry industry. As a Customer Success Associate - Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will be the main point of contact for their inquiries, needs, and concerns, and will work closely with both the sales and support teams to ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to provide personalized assistance and deliver exceptional customer experience will be crucial to your success in this role. Responsibilities • Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering personalized assistance and support throughout their customer journey • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and promptly addressing any concerns or issues • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling, always striving to meet and exceed sales targets • Act as a liaison between clients and the support team, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed product information to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients • Participate in public relations (PR) events to promote the brand positively. Assist with product displays and create appealing visual merchandising. Proactively engage with potential and existing customers through customer calling initiatives. • Conduct internal training sessions for the sales staff, covering product knowledge, grooming, new launch schemes, and competitor analysis.
