Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Fashion Consultant to join our team at Skechers, Thane, Mumbai. As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering personalized fashion advice, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
2. Fashion Advice: Offer personalized fashion advice to customers, helping them to find the perfect outfit for their needs and preferences.
3. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by meeting sales targets, promoting new arrivals, and encouraging customers to purchase.
4. Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising, including maintaining store displays, and ensuring that the store is visually appealing.
5. Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including knowledge of new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals, control expenses, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fashion retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong fashion knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
