Dealer Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to enhance business performance. o Ensure dealers adhere to company policies, pricing strategies, and operational guidelines. o Conduct regular dealer meetings to drive engagement and performance. 2. Dealer Mix Optimization: o Identify and onboard new dealers to strengthen market presence. o Optimize dealer distribution to ensure a balanced and profitable dealer network. 3. Range Selling: o Promote the complete product range to maximize sales and improve dealer profitability. o Conduct product training sessions to enhance dealer awareness and confidence. 4. Demand Generation: o Drive demand generation through promotional activities, product campaigns, and dealer incentives. o Work with the marketing team to develop localized demand-generation strategies. 5. Collection & Credit Management: o Ensure timely payment collections from dealers and monitor outstanding payments. o Work closely with the finance team to manage dealer credit limits and minimize risks. 6. Counter Share & Visibility: o Enhance brand visibility at dealer counters through effective merchandising and POS branding. o Improve counter share by ensuring optimal product placement and stock availability. 7. Market Feedback & Issue Resolution: o Gather and analyze market feedback on products, pricing, and competition. o Address dealer concerns and resolve operational or service-related issues promptly. Key Requirements: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management. 2-6 years of experience in dealer/channel management, sales, or distribution. Strong understanding of dealer networks, sales strategies, and business growth drivers. Good analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to handle collections and financial dealings with dealers. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
