Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Salesman to join our team at Nariti, a leading brand in Indian women’s ethnic wear. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs while promoting our unique range of dresses.

Previous sales experience in retail, preferably in fashion or ethnic wear, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner.

• Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the perfect dress from our collection.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits, ensuring customers are well-informed.

• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and collections from the Nariti brand.

• Provide detailed product information to customers, including fabric, fit, and care instruct.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.

• Strong sales skills with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.

• Basic knowledge of Indian fashion trends and ethnic wear is a plus.
