Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Associates for a premium lifestyle wear store on GMS Road, Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have prior retail experience, strong people skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and assist them in selecting the right products

• Guide customers on sizes, fits, fabric types, and product care for Casual wear, and activewear

• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and accurately tagged

• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store

• Operate the billing counter, handle payments, and issue invoices via POS system

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

• Assist with stock management, returns, and store opening/closing duties

• Provide after-sales service and handle basic customer complaints or queries

• Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and promotions to share with customers

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in apparel or lifestyle retail

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Well-groomed and presentable with a professional attitude

• Basic computer and billing system knowledge

• Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holiday seasons

• Energetic, polite, and eager to assist customers with a smile

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience with premium or branded apparel.

• Familiarity with sizing guides and fabric types

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
