Key Responsibilities:
Drive store-wise sales targets and monthly revenue goals
Recruit, train, and manage in-store sales staff
Monitor daily store performance and KPIs
Execute promotional and merchandising strategies
Maintain high customer service standards
Optimize inventory turnover and reduce shrinkage
Conduct regular competitor analysis and market trend tracking
Liaise with marketing and operations for store-level execution
Requirements:
4+ years in retail sales, 2+ years in a managerial role
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in retail POS systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
