Retail Sales Officer

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries.

• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle billing and payment processes efficiently.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Gather customer feedback and report to the store manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Proven retail or direct sales experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS).

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
