Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the battery store, including sales, inventory, and service.

• Manage a small team of sales and service staff.

• Ensure proper stock levels and timely reordering of inventory.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Monitor and ensure correct installation of batteries where required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display areas.

• Generate daily/weekly sales and stock reports.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of stock.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

👤 Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in store supervision, retail sales, or battery industry (preferred).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Basic knowledge of batteries and related accessories (preferred, training can be provided).

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to manage inventory and basic store accounts.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
