Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai  

Key Responsibilities:
 
- Welcoming customers and explaining game rules.  
- Managing customer queries and providing assistance during gameplay.  
- Overseeing game progress and ensuring a seamless experience.  
- Resetting and preparing escape rooms quickly between sessions.  
- Recording customer data and maintaining reports using Excel.  
- Excellent English communication and fluency.  
- At least one staff member must reside in or near Nungambakkam for easy accessibility.  
- Must be available on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) and during festival periods (no holidays during these times)

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with Freshers.
