Recommend suitable ethnic wear products based on customer needs.

Maintain excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.

Product Knowledge

Have thorough knowledge of fabrics, styles, and latest ethnic wear trends.

Educate buyers about product features, quality, pricing, and offers.

Order Management

Take and process bulk orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with stock/dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

Stock & Display Management

Ensure proper display of products in the shop for wholesale viewing.

Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.

Billing & Documentation

Assist in generating invoices and maintaining sales records.

Ensure all required documentation for wholesale transactions is completed.

Sales Target Achievement

Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with existing wholesale clients to increase repeat business.

Market Feedback

Collect and report customer feedback and market demand trends.

Suggest new product ideas or stock based on customer preferences.

Cleanliness & Shop Maintenance

Maintain a clean and organized display area suitable for wholesale clients.
