Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate showroom staff to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle high-level customer queries.

•Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall showroom appearance.

• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams.
