Store Assistant

Chetna Store in Barkat Nagar is hiring a customer-focused Store Assistant to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with 12th Pass and 0.5-6 years of experience in retail sales and a strong understanding of sales processes and consumer behavior can apply for this role. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures. Basic Computer knowledge is required. Must be ready for 11-12 hours daily duty. Positive attitude and responsible person required.
