Store Assistant

Giri Brothers in Royapuram is hiring a customer-focused Store Assistant to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. This role requires a positive attitude and responsibilities such as stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Manage Stock Audit everyday.

• Order Packaing and Delivery.

• Knowledge in booking apps.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Below 10th and 0-2 years of experience in retail sales and a strong understanding of sales processes and consumer behavior can apply for this role. Responsibilities includes, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory Register Maintainance, Stock Audit and Packing and Delivery.
