Job Description

Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services
Manage goods, keep record of stocks and storage, and pack orders
Identify and dispatch quality goods

• To raise indent for materials as per site requirement and issue GRN.
• Maintain the day-to-day records of material inward & material outward
• To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors.
• Supervising Loading & Unloading the material which is received from Suppliers.
• Receipt of material Physical receipt and Make entry in software.
• Issues Material Physical and make entry in software.
• Takes Monthly, Half-yearly, and Annual inventory and make Reports.
• Organize & store inventory in designated areas ensuring items are properly labelled and easily accessible.
• Perform regular stocks checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels & inform the purchaser of low stock items.
