Store Executive

Inventory Management:  Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, spare parts, and tools.  GRN and submit Original Invoice to Accounts.  Store materials in designated locations with proper labelling and tracking.  Issue materials to production and maintenance teams as per requirements.  Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to the Store Manager.  Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification. Documentation & Reporting:  Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or ERP/software systems.  Prepare and update material issue slips, goods receipt notes (GRN), Bin-card and stock reports.  Coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment of critical stock items.  Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status.
