Job Description

Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services
Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor

Supervise loading and unloading of materials, ensuring safe handling and storage. Maintain an organized and clean store environment. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for stock procurement and dispatch. Perform regular stock audits and generate reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Assist in managing store budgets and reducing wastage or losses. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to store operations. Utilize inventory management software for tracking and reporting.
