Job Overview:
As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store. This role requires excellent customer service skills, inventory management, and a proactive approach to driving store sales. You will assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organizing stock, ensuring product availability, and providing a high standard of customer service.
Customer Service:
Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
Provide detailed product knowledge to customers and answer their queries.
Ensure an excellent shopping experience by delivering high-quality customer service.
Sales & Promotion:
Achieve sales targets and assist in increasing store revenue.
Assist in organizing promotional activities and displays to boost sales.
Upsell and cross-sell products to customers effectively.
Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Assist with stock receiving, unloading, and organizing products on shelves.
Ensure accurate stock counts and perform stock audits when required.
Report any discrepancies or inventory issues to the Store Manager.
Store Operations:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Handle the cash register and perform cash transactions accurately.
Assist with restocking and merchandising as per store guidelines.
Maintain proper display of products according to visual merchandising standards.
Team Collaboration:
Work as a part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives.
Support new staff by providing guidance and on-the-job training.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Administrative Duties:
Ensure proper record-keeping of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
Report daily sales and inventory status to the Store Manager.
Assist in preparing reports and other administrative tasks.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or retail management is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
