Position: Store In-Charge
Location: Bangalore (Indiranagar)
Salary: ₹3.6 to ₹4.5 LPA (Final CTC will be discussed post-interview)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Manage a team of staff, ensuring optimal performance and customer service standards.
Handle customer escalations at the first level, providing effective resolutions.
Ensure proper inventory management and basic accounting for the store.
Train and develop staff, promoting a customer-first approach and team collaboration.
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely product availability and stock replenishment.
Maintain a high standard of store appearance and cleanliness.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines and operational processes.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is preferred.
Possession of a valid two-wheeler and a willingness to commute.
Basic computer literacy is required.
Strong customer service and convincing skills.
Ability to handle team dynamics and manage a diverse group of employees.
Basic understanding of technical concepts related to Apple products.
Knowledge of basic accounts and inventory management.
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work on national holidays and varying shift timings as required.
Must be proactive, organized, and possess strong leadership abilities.
