Store Incharge

● Assist in loading and unloading of regular and sub-con parts.

● Receive and inspect the incoming shipments of child parts and packing materials

● Verify the shipment, against the invoice and related documents and raise ODC in case of any discrepancy

● Handle and maintain MHEs as per plant safety guidelines.

● Collaborate with  Production, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

● Material storage and movement in stores as per PFEP and FIFO.

● Handle all consumables and chemicals in a safe way as per the guidelines from plant safety team.

● Issuance of materials to feeder shops and vehicle assembly.

● Issue materials to production teams as per plan, ensuring accurate tracking and record for inventory materials and movements.

● Monitor and report production progress, identify and address any discrepancies or issues to Supervisor.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity before deadlines.

● Basic knowledge on inventory management and warehouse operations.

● Do cycle counting and report discrepancies to Supervisor

● Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and inventory management.
