we are looking for a passionate Saree Store Sales Manager to lead customer interactions and boost sales.

Responsibilities 

Customer Sales & Engagement:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting sarees based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.

• Showcase sarees by draping them stylishly to help customers visualize the look.

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

• Upsell and cross-sell products, including blouses and accessories. 

Store Management & Display:

• Maintain an attractive and organized saree display for easy selection.

• Ensure the trial area is clean and inviting, with seating for customers.

• Categorize sarees based on fabric, occasion, and price range to enhance the shopping experience. 

Sales Operations & Coordination:• Handle pricing discussions tactfully while maintaining profitability.

• Manage customer orders, bookings, and inquiries in-store and online (WhatsApp/Instagram).

• Track daily sales and share reports with the owner.

• Provide insights on fast-moving sarees and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Prior experience in saree sales or retail is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, saree draping styles, and fashion trends.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Friendly, energetic, and passionate about Indian ethnic wear.

• Basic WhatsApp and Instagram knowledge to handle customer queries.
