Store Manager

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels of elevator parts (e.g., motors, cables, buttons, controllers).

• Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

• Monitor stock usage and generate replenishment orders when necessary.

2. Store Operations

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Track inbound and outbound materials.

• Maintain a well-labeled and categorized storage system for ease of access.

3. Vendor Coordination

• Communicate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.

• Compare quotations and ensure best pricing and quality.

• Handle delivery schedules and resolve supply chain issues.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of purchase orders, goods received, and issued.

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management.

• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.

5. Team Supervision

• Oversee and coordinate with store assistants or warehouse staff.

• Delegate tasks, conduct training, and ensure productivity and discipline.

6. Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of elevator components to handle queries and stock appropriately.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely availability of required parts.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure proper handling and storage of parts, especially heavy or electrical components.

• Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment and employee protection.
