Job Description

Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

Key responsibilities include:

Sales and Profitability: Achieving store targets and maximizing profitability through effective sales strategies.
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, product displays, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction.
Store Operations: Overseeing store maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
Reporting: Monitoring sales, expenses, and inventory, and reporting performance to senior management.
Visual Merchandising: Implementing marketing and visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.

SKILLS:-

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of Excel
