About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Shift Manager to join our QSR team. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, staff productivity, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations

• Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained

• Manage cash handling, register operations, and end-of-shift reports

• Monitor customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly

• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Optimize labor during the shift to meet business needs and labor budgets

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand standards

• Handle inventory and restocking needs during the shift

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality/management is a plus

• 4+ year of experience in the QSR or hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
