Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Karkhana, Secunderabad
Department: Retail
Reports To: Area Manager / Regional Manager

Job Summary:

Jockey is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining store operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in training and developing the store team while upholding Jockey’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience by ensuring excellent service and product knowledge.

• Implement in-store promotions and marketing activities to enhance sales.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

2. Store Operations & Inventory Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.

• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.

• Ensure visual merchandising and store displays align with brand guidelines.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to deliver high performance.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Motivate and coach the team to achieve individual and store goals.

• Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.

• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in retail sales strategies and visual merchandising.

  • Ability to manage store operations and meet sales targets.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
